1. Products

  • All prints are sold unframed as limited edition artworks.

  • Sizes and materials are accurately described on each product page.

2. Edition & Authenticity

  • Each print is numbered and signed by the artist.

  • A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Hahnemühle accompanies each print, verifying its edition.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Euros (€).

  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal.

4. Shipping & Handling

  • A handling fee of €6.50 per order plus 3% of the total order amount applies.

  • Prints are shipped worldwide in protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

  • For large or custom prints via one-to-one consultation, shipping costs will be confirmed individually.

  • All prints are unframed.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the limited edition nature of the prints, returns are accepted only for items damaged during shipping.

  • For damaged items, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

6. Custom / One-to-One Consultations

  • Custom prints or tailored editions are arranged individually.

  • These sales are not covered by the standard return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images and content remain the property of Andrés Gonzalez | DESHABITUA.

  • Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Taxes and Duties

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees. DESHABITUA / the seller does not collect or remit any local or international taxes on your behalf.
